Established in 2006, London Drylining Limited, started from humble beginnings with a handpicked team of tradesmen and has successfully managed to complete numerous commercial and residential projects in London including high raise residential buildings.

SFS Systems

London Drylining is a premier installer of Steel Framing Systems (SFS). Suitable for low and high-rise projects our structural framing systems speed up construction whilst offering a cost effective, eco-friendly alternative to traditional construction methods.

Render Systems

London Drylining have a high level of competence with all types of rendering. We use modern coloured renders including K-REND, Weber Acrylic Thin coats as well as traditional renders such as pebbledash.
We understand that every project is different and we undertake each with pride in our craftsmanship

Floor Screeds

London Drylining are able to offer leading floor screeds, whilst retaining the flexibility to supply and install traditional sand cement screed, coupled with specialised products such as anhydrous screed and self levelling floor screeds.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

It is core to our philosophy that our workforce is competent and understands the issues of health and safety on a construction site. Our commitment to health and safety has remained consistent while our working practises have developed and improved over time, keeping abreast of the latest guidance, regulation and technology, proving us to be a company which takes the safety of ourselves and other as paramount importance.

Comprehensive Health and Safety Files including site and task specific risk assessments and method statements are created for each new job which we undertake and copies of these are given to each of our clients before commencement of each job.

All staff are CSCS carded and attend yearly seminars aimed at Operatives, Supervision, Management and office-based staff. The company provides support and training to enable the workforce to learn and understand safe working practices.
